We’re seeking a Senior Director, Channel Sales to lead our pharmacy, dealer, and distribution strategy, forging partnerships that make life-changing technologies more accessible to people living with diabetes. This role offers the opportunity to define the vision, build the strategy, and lead the team that will shape how MiniMed engages with pharmacies, wholesalers, dealers, and other trade partners— driving revenue, market share growth, and enhancing the patient experience while ensuring seamless access to our therapies. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with partners, including pharmacy processing, field and inside sales, marketing, training, and commercial excellence, to drive growth and establish MiniMed as the trusted partner for channel accounts. You’ll lead the charge in growing MiniMed’s full stack of diabetes products by building and managing an account sales team to maximize revenue, market share, and market penetration.
