About The Position

In this role, you will drive sustained revenue growth, expand market penetration, and deliver differentiated value to clients through a focused channel partnership strategy. You will set the vision and direction for channel partnerships, aligning client needs, supplier capabilities, and enterprise priorities to enable scalable, long-term growth. You will lead strategic initiatives, cultivate executive relationships, and leverage data-driven insights to enhance performance and strengthen competitive positioning.

Requirements

  • 7 or more years of relevant experience required.
  • Strong strategic thinking and business acumen.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Excellent relationship-building and executive communication skills.
  • Experience working cross-functionally in a matrixed organization.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and business intelligence tools.
  • Willingness to travel.

  • Knowledge of healthcare and supply chain environments preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Define and lead a comprehensive channel partner strategy to accelerate revenue growth and expand solution adoption.
  • Translate enterprise priorities into actionable plans for key accounts and partner segments.
  • Identify and execute new market opportunities, partnership models, and growth levers to strengthen competitive positioning.
  • Establish performance metrics and accountability frameworks to track outcomes and drive continuous improvement.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans focused on long-term client value, retention, and expansion.
  • Serve as executive sponsor for key client and partner relationships to deepen engagement and alignment.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, analytics, operations, and marketing teams to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with suppliers and channel partners to drive mutual growth.
  • Negotiate and optimize partnership agreements to enhance financial performance and strategic impact.
  • Leverage data, analytics, and technology to inform decision-making and improve client and partner experiences.
