Your role As Senior Director, Total Rewards, you will lead the strategy, design, and execution of our global compensation and benefits programs. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, ensuring our Total Rewards philosophy supports business objectives while attracting, motivating, and retaining top talent.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in Total Rewards, Compensation, or Benefits leadership
  • Proven experience supporting executive compensation and working with senior leadership
  • Strong intuition for business with the ability to translate strategy into actionable programs
  • Deep expertise in compensation design, market analysis, and pay structures
  • Experience managing benefits strategy and vendor relationships
  • Analytical approach with the ability to bring to bear data for decision-making
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms such as Workday
  • Bachelor’s degree required

Responsibilities

  • Lead Total Rewards strategy by aligning compensation, benefits, and recognition programs with business goals and workforce needs
  • Advise executive leadership on reward philosophy, market trends, and organizational impact
  • Oversee compensation programs, including base pay, incentives, and executive compensation, ensuring competitiveness and internal equity
  • Drive benefits strategy, balancing cost, compliance, and participant experience across health, retirement, and wellness programs
  • Partner with Finance on budgeting, forecasting, and cost management of Total Rewards programs
  • Own annual processes such as merit cycles, bonus planning, and open enrollment
  • Ensure compliance with all compensation and benefits regulations, including pay equity and wage laws
  • Leverage data and analytics to evaluate program effectiveness and guide decision-making
  • Lead and develop the Total Rewards team, building scalable processes to support growth
  • Partner cross-functionally with HR, HRIS, Payroll, and business leaders to optimize systems and execution
