  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple strategic workstreams simultaneously.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguous, evolving environments with a high degree of self-direction.
  • Willingness to travel to Epic's campus in Madison, WI and other locations as required.

Nice To Haves

  • Direct experience at Epic or at an organization deeply embedded in the Epic partner ecosystem.
  • Familiarity with ELLKAY's product suite or comparable data management and interoperability platforms.
  • Experience working at or partnering with HIEs, health systems, large physician groups, or payer organizations using Epic.
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MHA, or clinical credential) a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as ELLKAY's senior-most point of contact for the Epic partnership, building and sustaining trusted relationships with Epic's senior leadership, partnership teams, and client-facing organizations.
  • Represent ELLKAY at Epic-hosted events, conferences, and strategic meetings, including Epic's annual XGM and other partner forums.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to expand the scope, depth, and mutual value of the ELLKAY–Epic relationship.
  • Develop and execute a multi-year partnership strategy aligned with ELLKAY's growth objectives and Epic's evolving ecosystem priorities.
  • Translate high-level partnership goals into concrete, measurable initiatives with clear ownership and timelines.
