About The Position

This role is for a Sr Director Sales Professional. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Typically, 12+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 4+ years in a similar role
  • Proven track record in sales and sales enablement
  • Proficiencies in sales strategy development, customer relationship management, and market analysis
  • A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology

Nice To Haves

  • Advanced degree in a relevant field a plus
  • Relevant certifications such as Certified Sales Professional (CSP) or Certified Sales Enablement Professional (CSEP) a plus

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies, including customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth plans.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performance sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Maintain an active and robust sales pipeline, constantly evaluating and adjusting strategies to accommodate varied sales cycle demands.
  • Continuously educate customers and sales team by developing and maintaining an expert-level knowledge of products, pricing, and market differentiators.
  • Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with key clients and partners to drive business growth.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities to identify and act on new business prospects.
  • Drive innovation within the sales process, adopting and implementing cutting-edge technologies and methodologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure alignment and support the achievement of company goals.
