About The Position

Liquidity Services Inc. is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sr. Director to lead and rapidly grow their emerging Software Solutions marketplace business. This role is pivotal in defining and executing both near-term and long-term strategic roadmaps to establish and expand their reseller marketplace on the Auction.IO platform. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in eCommerce, a deep understanding of consumer behavior, and the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration to achieve business goals. The position requires a hands-on P&L owner who can run this business day-to-day and scale it from approximately $3M ARR to the next level. This person will own revenue growth, margin, GTM execution, and operating discipline, while partnering closely with the founder and technical leadership. This is an operator role, not solely a strategy or sales position. The business unit operates with a small US-based account and support team headquartered in Richardson, TX, and a fifty-person project and engineering delivery team in Chennai, India.
