About The Position

The Sr. Director of Revenue Operations serves as a strategic partner to the VP of Revenue Operations, enabling focus on enterprise leadership, long-term strategy, and cross-functional influence. This role drives operational rigor, prioritization, and execution across the RevOps function, ensuring initiatives move from concept to measurable impact. Key to success will be the ability to balance a player-coach mentality while managing two direct reports at the Director level and their associate teams. This is a highly leveraged role that blends strategic thinking, program leadership, executive communication, and operational discipline. The ideal candidate thrives in complexity, brings clarity to ambiguity, has an AI first mentality for process automation, and can operate seamlessly across systems, analytics, planning, and go-to-market execution.

Requirements

  • 15+ years in Revenue Operations or related operational leadership roles
  • 5+ years in a director role / VP role
  • 10+ years in B2B SaaS of which 3+ are in performance marketing
  • Experience in a key Revenue Operations role with a SaaS based marketplace
  • Fluent in the development of Agentic AI and applications within the Google environment as well as Claude
  • Strong executive presence and verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-workstream initiatives
  • Deep understanding of GTM operating models, forecasting, analytics, and systems
  • High business judgment and comfort with ambiguity
  • Proven ability to influence without formal authority
  • Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable operating at both 30,000 feet and in the details when necessary
  • Trusted with sensitive information and executive-level decisions
  • Motivated by enabling others to perform at a higher level
  • Bachelors Degree required

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the VP of RevOps to define and operationalize the bi-annual roadmap
  • Translate enterprise priorities into structured RevOps initiatives with clear owners, milestones, and success metrics
  • Drive capacity planning and sequencing to ensure focus on highest-impact work
  • Partner with the VP of RevOps on GTM communications as well as preparation of executive level materials, business cases, and board-ready content
  • Synthesize cross-functional inputs into clear narratives and decision frameworks
  • Ensure the VP is prepared for leadership forums, QBRs, and strategic reviews
  • Own execution of high-priority, cross-functional initiatives that span Marketing Ops, GTM Systems, Analytics, Planning, and Sales Operations
  • Establish governance mechanisms, operating cadences, and KPI tracking
  • Enhance forecasting and analytics through incorporation of AI processes
  • Identify risks early and drive resolution across stakeholders
  • Improve internal RevOps processes, communication flows, and decision-making frameworks
  • Drive excellence in core RevOps functions included Analytics, Planning, Marketing Operations, Sales Operations and Deal Desk
  • Drive accountability through structured reporting and performance management
  • Optimize the workload through carefully orchestrated use of Agentic AI
  • Build lightweight but effective systems to reduce manual oversight by the VP
  • Act as connective tissue between RevOps and Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product, and Executive Leadership
  • Align stakeholders on tradeoffs, timelines, and outcomes
  • Represent the VP of RevOps in select forums when appropriate
  • Leverage VP of RevOps by serving as a conduit between stakeholders and executive management as requested by the VP of RevOp
  • This role requires the candidate to lead work and execute work as both are essential to the success of the candidate in this role
  • Model best practices in real time, demonstrating how to approach situations, solve problems, and navigate complex situations while actively coaching team members alongside the work
  • Provide both strategic guidance and hands-on contribution, allowing the organization to maintain momentum and performance while the team and function continue to mature
