The Sr. Director, Property Management serves as a strategic leader for the organization, playing a key role in developing and fulfilling our objectives, goals, strategies, and measures. Accountable for effective leadership of our Area Directors, and mentoring property management teams to deliver high quality service to internal and external customers. Supports our employee-first culture and exemplifies our core values of relationships, development, quality, and responsibility. Accountable for execution of company objectives in three key areas including: people, culture, and performance. Maintains strong business partnerships with all internal customers and ensures Bigos property performance meets or exceeds targets of all Key Performance Indicators.
