Marriott International is seeking a Sr. Director, Procurement Reporting and Receivables to join our Procurement Operations team. The Procurement Operations team is responsible for leading core functions such as governance, vendor support, reporting, and management of revenues and receivables. This leader will oversee teams responsible for enterprise procurement reporting and supplier receivables, enabling data-driven decision-making and strong financial performance across Enterprise Procurement. In this role, you will set the strategy and drive delivery of reporting for procurement savings, service level agreements (SLAs), ESG, and other key measures. You will own the governance, tracking, and P&L of all Procurement KPIs and serve as the business owner for the reporting technology and tools—ensuring consistent definitions, high data quality, automation where possible, and timely insights for leaders and stakeholders. You will partner closely with internal Enterprise Procurement teams—including Category Management and Contracting—to provide market intelligence, should-cost analysis, and performance dashboards that support sourcing strategies, negotiations, supplier performance management, and executive communications. Additionally, you will lead the Receivables team responsible for supplier spend tracking, allowance and rebate calculations, supplier invoicing, forecasting, and collection activities. For our GPO business, you will oversee market basket analysis and price audits to validate pricing, strengthen compliance, and protect program value.
