About The Position

We are seeking an exceptional Sr Director, HR Business Partner to serve as the trusted partner to the senior leaders in our Vacuum Solutions Division. In this position, you will partner with divisional executives to enable strategic business initiatives. Working with our Centers of Excellence, you will translate business strategy into Talent strategy. Join us on our journey as we continue to grow organically and through acquisitions. Ideally the candidate will be within a reasonable hybrid commuting distance of our Corporate Headquarters in Andover, MA, working onsite three days per week.

Requirements

  • Experience and ability to deliver in a fast paced, high-growth, changing environment
  • Success working in a collaborative, matrixed environment, and a track record of accomplishments with measurable business impact
  • Experience managing change, shaping culture, influencing leadership, developing talent, managing risk and ensuring compliance.
  • Demonstrated ability to address difficult issues and make independent decisions.
  • Ability to think critically, troubleshoot and solve problems with confidence
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business or related discipline or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years progressive Human Resources experience in areas like; employee relations, talent management, compensation & benefits, performance management, recruiting, and training
  • Ideally the candidate will be within a reasonable commuting distance of our Corporate Headquarters in Andover, MA.
  • This is a hybrid role, working onsite three days per week.
  • We are interested in a qualified candidate who is eligible to work in the United States. However, we will not be sponsoring work visas for this position, at this time.
  • MKS is generally only hiring candidates who reside in states where we are registered to do business.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic guidance on people and organizational issues: Employee Relations, Talent Management, Succession Planning, Performance Management and HR initiatives.
  • Manage HRBP responsible for our Vacuum Solutions Division
  • Help the organization grow by diagnosing gaps between current and desired organization performance, provide strategic counsel to leadership and deploy actions to help resolve gaps in the areas of organizational effectiveness, organizational design, talent management, succession, employee development, executive coaching and employee relations.
  • Working with the Talent and Business Partner teams, evolve and embed talent strategies to enable diversity, inclusion and engagement.
  • Participate in company-wide programs and initiatives (e.g., Workforce Planning, Total Rewards, Organizational Change, Performance Management, Talent Development, and Succession Planning).
