About The Position

The Sr. Director of Franchise Sales is responsible for the prospecting, recruitment and signing of qualified franchise candidates as well as building relationships with existing franchisees resulting in their execution of new development commitments. Meeting/exceeding annual sales quotas for all Focus Brands concepts in assigned geography will be primary success measure.

  • Sales experience
  • Franchise sales experience
  • Experience in prospecting, recruitment, and signing of qualified franchise candidates
  • Experience in building relationships with existing franchisees
  • Experience in executing new development commitments
  • Ability to meet/exceed annual sales quotas
