The Senior Director of Dining Services will lead daily operations, manage the account's financial performance, client relationships, and team development. This role requires a visible, hands-on leader who sets clear expectations and ensures a high-quality team experience.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent additional experience.
At least five years of demonstrated leadership experience.
Two to four years of direct foodservice operations management experience, including purchasing and inventory controls.
Strong knowledge of food production, catering, sanitation, presentation, and cost management.
A proactive approach, sound judgment, and the confidence to represent Morrison with the client.

Nice To Haves

P&L accountability and contract foodservice experience preferred.
ServSafe certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead daily foodservice operations with a focus on quality, service, safety, and financial performance.
Manage the budget, control food and labor costs, and deliver value for the client.
Keep food quality, presentation, and catering execution at a high standard.
Build strong relationships with the client, guests, and facility leadership.
Hire, coach, and develop your team, preparing strong performers for their next opportunity.
Lead safety, sanitation, and maintenance programs.
Partner with other departments to keep dining services aligned with the facility’s goals.
Spot opportunities, solve problems, and drive improvements that last.
