The Senior Director of Food and Nutrition will lead daily foodservice operations, manage financial performance, and develop their team. This role requires a visible, hands-on leader who sets clear expectations and drives service forward. The position is located in Charleston, SC.

Requirements

Director-level experience in contract foodservice or hospital Food and Nutrition Services.
At least five years of proven leadership experience.
Two to four years of direct foodservice operations management, including purchasing and inventory control.
Experience managing budgets and P&L performance.
Strong knowledge of food production, catering, sanitation and cost controls.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent additional experience.
ServSafe certification preferred.
A proactive, approachable leadership style with strong communication and team-building skills.
