CoverMyMeds’ Shared Capabilities and Partnerships team is looking for a Sr Director, Product Management to help drive the definition and adoption of common capabilities across the suite of products. Of note, our Product team is a strategic group of individuals focused on collaboration and impact. Together with our various business units, the work our team does ultimately helps people get the medicine they need to live healthier lives. What You'll Do As a Sr. Director, Product Management your daily to-dos will shift with business needs, but here’s a snapshot of what to expect: Own the CMM strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for shared enabling capabilities (platform, data, and internal systems), including prioritization, sequencing, and investment recommendations across product suites. Accountable for the adoption, effectiveness, and measurable business impact of shared capabilities, ensuring they materially enable product scalability, speed to market, and cross‑suite leverage. Lead CMM‑level prioritization and tradeoff decisions across competing product suite needs, balancing near‑term delivery, long‑term platform health, and CMM strategy. Serve as the primary decision maker for shared capability roadmap alignment, resolving conflicts across product, technology, and commercial stakeholders. Partner closely with senior leaders (VP, Sr. Director, Director) across Product, Technology, Commercial, and Operations to shape shared capability strategy, inform enterprise planning, and influence roadmap and investment decisions. Represent Shared Capabilities in CMM Op Model planning, portfolio governance, and strategic prioritization forums, ensuring enabling capabilities are appropriately represented in CMM-level decision making. Strong collaboration across Product, Technology, Commercial, and Ops is required in ensuring needs are understood across the business and our enabling capabilities support those needs, serving as a bridge across functions Lead a group of product managers, ensuring delivery of priorities while supporting performance and development Scope of the role could expand to build out further data capabilities in support of Product and Commercial needs. Priority will be given to candidates who reside in the Columbus, OH Metropolitan area
