The Senior Director, Business Development is responsible for driving new business growth by selling Matrix Medical Network’s portfolio of solutions into new accounts. This role focuses on identifying, targeting, and engaging prospective clients, building strong relationships, and effectively communicating Matrix’s value proposition to secure new logo sales. The Senior Director will execute strategic business development plans to expand market presence, increase revenue, and support long-term organizational growth. This individual plays a key role in evaluating new markets, channels, and customer opportunities, while collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, product, finance, and client success teams to ensure successful deal execution and client onboarding. The ideal candidate is a highly experienced sales leader with a strong understanding of the in-home health assessment market and a proven ability to quickly establish credibility, build relationships, and close complex deals.
