The Senior Director, Brand Marketing will lead the post-launch acceleration and ongoing commercialization of Tonix Pharmaceuticals’ fibromyalgia and migraine assets. This role is focused on optimizing launch performance within the first-year post-approval analyzing early trajectory, identifying opportunities to expand adoption, and evolving strategy to build sustained market momentum. This individual will be responsible for refining brand strategy and leading execution of integrated marketing initiatives across HCP and Consumer/Patient audiences, including personal promotion, non-personal promotion, digital media, and communications/PR. A critical component of this role is developing a deep understanding of target audiences and their behaviors to drive progression up the adoption curve and expand reach within priority segments across multiple specialties. This is a highly visible leadership role with accountability for in-market performance and cross-functional alignment across key stakeholders, including field sales, medical affairs, commercial strategy/operations, market access, and the Promotional Review Committee (PRC). The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and is comfortable making decisions with imperfect information to capitalize on early momentum. This position will report to the Vice President, Marketing and will be based at the Berkeley Heights, NJ office.
