About The Position

This role is for a Senior Director of Project Management at Ascension Clarksville Hospital, within the Construction department. The position is full-time, 40 hours per week, with day shifts. The individual will lead the end-to-end deployment of critical strategic initiatives, providing transparent tracking and executive-level reporting. They will also develop and scale an internal consulting team to standardize project management practices, templates, and visibility across national branches. The role involves partnering with executive stakeholders to prioritize portfolio initiatives and ensure projects meet targeted performance and financial benchmarks. Additionally, the Senior Director will champion disciplined PMO methodologies, drive organizational alignment and cultural buy-in for new processes, and oversee the full lifecycle of PMO staffing, including hiring, performance management, and professional development.

Requirements

  • High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management.
