About The Position

The Supply Chain Sr. Digital Tools Engineer serves as a business systems and optimization partner for Anduril’s Supply Chain team, owning parts of the end-to-end supply chain digital and process ecosystem. The role collaborates with internal supply chain teams—including Procurement, Purchasing, Planning, and Program Management—and external partners such as IT, Engineering, Business Systems, Strategy, Legal, and People to develop system implementation plans that improve the digital landscape and increase efficiency, scale, and resiliency. The position has two primary areas of focus: optimizing supply chain systems and processes, and solving complex cross-functional problems. The engineer improves systems and data infrastructure, builds data-capture capabilities, develops analytics reporting, and drives system enhancements. Embedded in the business, the role translates operational needs into technical requirements and helps teams address complex systems and data challenges.

  • 8 or more years of experience in supply chain systems, business systems analysis, ERP/MRP administration, management consulting, or a related operations or technology role.
  • Hands-on experience with one or more supply chain platforms, such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Coupa, or similar.
  • Strong project management capabilities and a record of delivering difficult projects amid deadlines, changing stakeholders, and moving milestones.
  • Ability to learn new domains quickly and proactively progress initiatives without requiring step-by-step guidance.
  • Understanding of sourcing, procurement, inventory, and payment, with an eagerness to deepen supply chain knowledge.
  • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to perform analyses using Excel, SQL, or BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
  • Ability to think in terms of data models, system logic, and process flows.
  • Self-driven and proactive approach to identifying and solving problems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including writing requirements documents, presenting recommendations to senior leadership, and facilitating discussions with technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export-controlled information or facilities.

  • Experience with process optimization projects involving internal and external stakeholders under tight deadlines.
  • Background in hardware manufacturing, aerospace and defense, or other complex supply chain environments.
  • Knowledge of process mapping methodologies such as BPMN or value stream mapping.

Responsibilities

  • Own supply chain systems projects end-to-end, from requirements gathering and solution design through implementation and user adoption.
  • Develop and execute implementation plans that improve end-to-end supply chain processes, including sourcing, procurement, inventory, planning, and payment.
  • Translate business requirements into system specifications and ensure technical solutions address operational needs.
  • Work with supply chain technology platforms, including ERP, MRP, WMS, TMS, and PLM systems, to analyze data, identify bottlenecks, and surface operational insights.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics tools that provide visibility into KPIs such as on-time delivery, inventory turns, supplier performance, and lead times.
  • Project-manage cross-functional stakeholder groups by leading meetings, managing communications, and driving alignment toward solutions.
  • Support system implementations, upgrades, and migrations by leading user acceptance testing, developing training materials, and supporting change management.
  • Collaborate across supply chain, IT, engineering, business systems, strategy, legal, people, and other teams to solve systems and data problems.
