About The Position

Inova Health is looking for a dedicated Senior Digital Product Manager to join the team. This is a full-time position with a day shift, Monday-Friday, general office hours, and a hybrid work schedule. The position defines strategic direction, project requirements, and facilitates stakeholder approvals, while leading innovation efforts to enhance marketing performance, optimize workflows, and deliver a superior patient experience. Ensuring compliance with institutional priorities, IT standards, and regulatory requirements (HIPAA, data governance) is crucial. The role manages the full product lifecycle, including procurement, requirements, architecture, integration, and ongoing support, while overseeing project budgets, vendor relations, solution design, and implementation using agile methodologies. Setting multi-year roadmaps and success metrics focused on quality, compliance, and affordability, and promoting the adoption of AI capabilities are key responsibilities. The Sr. Digital Product Manager acts as the primary liaison among marketing, IT, clinical leadership, analytics, and operational teams, translating technical requirements into actionable business cases and championing user adoption. Ensuring solutions meet compliance standards for HIPAA, cybersecurity, and privacy regulations, and collaborating with relevant teams to assess and mitigate risks are also essential. Monitoring platform performance post-deployment and leading continuous improvement initiatives, along with overseeing lifecycle management and facilitating integrations, are part of the role.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Technology, or a related field, or 4 years of experience in lieu of a degree
  • 8 years of experience in marketing, communications, technology, or a related field.
  • Adobe Certified Expert - Adobe Experience Manager Sites Business Practitioner issued by Adobe Systems Incorporated

Responsibilities

  • Oversees the marketing product portfolio, ensuring alignment with enterprise IT strategy and digital transformation objectives.
  • Serves as the primary liaison with vendors and internal stakeholders to implement and optimize Inova’s digital marketing technology stack.
  • Defines strategic direction, project requirements, and facilitates stakeholder approvals.
  • Leads innovation efforts to enhance marketing performance, optimize workflows, and deliver a superior patient experience.
  • Ensures all marketing technologies comply with institutional priorities, IT standards, and regulatory requirements, including HIPAA and data governance.
  • Manages the full product lifecycle, including procurement, requirements, architecture, integration, and ongoing support.

  • Acts as the primary liaison among marketing, IT, clinical leadership, analytics, and operational teams to assess and prioritize project requests; translates technical requirements into actionable business cases for executives and end users; champions user adoption through training, documentation, and change management initiatives.
  • Ensures all solutions meet compliance standards for HIPAA, cybersecurity, and privacy regulations; collaborates with IT Security, Compliance, and Legal teams to assess and mitigate risks.
  • Monitors platform performance post-deployment and leads continuous improvement initiatives; oversees lifecycle management of platforms and assets within the marketing ecosystem; facilitates integration with other marketing, IT, and clinical systems as needed.
