About The Position

We are seeking a strategic Senior Product Owner to champion this transformation and elevate our digital journey. As the Senior Product Owner in AI & Digital Transformation, you will lead the development and delivery of next-generation solutions that enhance advisor productivity, client personalization, and operational efficiency. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our strategy and implementing digital capabilities that meet the evolving needs of our advisors and clients.
Requirements
- 7+ years of product ownership or management experience, with at least 3 years in digital or AI initiatives in financial services or wealth management.
- Proven experience delivering digital platforms, automation initiatives, or intelligent systems in an enterprise setting.
- Strong collaboration skills with ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work with technical teams and translate complex concepts into user-centric solutions.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- Define and detail User Stories and prioritize team backlogs in accordance to our business drivers.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. MBA or advanced technical degree is a plus.

Responsibilities
- Define and drive the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for AI and digital initiatives within the wealth management domain.
- Work closely with engineering, data science, UX, and business stakeholders to prioritize features and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Collaborate with wealth advisors, client experience teams, data scientists, and technologists to identify pain points and opportunities for intelligent automation and personalization.
- Translate business goals into actionable product requirements and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and iteration of solutions.
- Manage stakeholder communication and lead agile product development cycles from ideation to release.
- Ensure optimal delivery by removing barriers and obstacles that impact performance and develop contingency plans to demonstrate adaptability while supporting continuous learning.
- Measure and communicate product performance and outcomes against KPIs and business goals.
- Manage vendor relationships and technology partnerships where appropriate.
