About The Position

The Senior Digital Product Owner will support digital products and platforms under the guidance of the Product Manager or Director of Digital Operations. Key responsibilities include conducting data analysis for site performance and optimization; coordinating project progress and collaborating with IT and eCommerce teams for end-to-end execution; and integrating digital platforms using relational databases, RESTful APIs, and front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery. The candidate will utilize digital analytics tools as well as A/B and multivariate testing strategies to enhance user experience and business outcomes. You will use Tag Management Systems (TMS) such as Tealium iQ and implement and maintain Adobe Web SDK schemas. Additional responsibilities include configuring and managing eVars, Props, and Events in Adobe Analytics; mapping these variables; managing Consent Management Platforms (CMPs) and Cookie Banners; and ensuring compliance with privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA. The candidate will integrate Quantum Metric across platforms for web and mobile client-side tracking and collaborate with product, UX, and engineering teams to maintain data accuracy and optimize user experience. The Senior Digital Product Owner will work across teams to maintain data source integrity and unified data architecture.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 5 years of digital eCommerce experience in a large retail environment.
  • Experience with Quantum Metric.
  • Experience with Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, and Adobe Target and dashboards using BI and Tableau.
  • Experience with Monetate (KIBO).
  • Experience with Tealium Tag Management, Tealium iQ, and EventStream.
  • Experience with ATG and Lucidworks.
  • Experience with APIs and web services.
  • Experience with project and process management using Agile; SDLC methodologies.
