The Sr. Development Coordinator will provide multi-faceted support to Development and Alumni Relations (DAR) and work collaboratively and in consultation with other staff to ensure development programs, projects, and initiatives are fully supported. The Sr. Development Coordinator will contribute to projects and detailed reporting. The Office of Foundation Relations advances the research of Hopkins faculty by facilitating grant funding from private foundations. The Sr. Development Coordinator supports the operational functions of the Office of Foundation Relations with core responsibilities for data management, reporting, grant/pledge processing, communications, and research. In addition the duties described above, the Sr. Development Coordinator will: Lead the grants tracking process for the Office of Foundation Relations, including monitoring the JHAS CRM database for accurate and timely entry of development transactions to ensure proper crediting of foundation donor revenues. In coordination with Office of Advancement Services, utilize university finance and grant management systems to facilitate booking of select foundation funding in the divisional JHAS CRM database. Generate background research on foundation funders for the Office of Foundation Relations Staff and other stakeholders. Provide routine maintenance and performance management of the Office of Foundation Relations web properties, and serves as lead contact with the Office of the Vice Provost for Research on website-related projects. Manage the development, distribution, and ongoing improvement of the Office of Foundation Relations bi-weekly newsletter.
