About The Position

As a Senior Demand Marketer, Paid Search, you will lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid search programs that drive pipeline growth and revenue for BambooHR. You will own high-impact acquisition campaigns across search and digital advertising channels, partnering closely with Demand Generation, Marketing Operations, Analytics, Creative, Product Marketing, and Sales to develop scalable programs that deliver measurable business outcomes. This role requires a strategic, data-driven marketer who combines deep paid search expertise with strong analytical skills and a passion for experimentation. You'll identify new growth opportunities, influence channel strategy, and continuously optimize campaign performance to improve lead quality, pipeline contribution, and return on investment. As a senior individual contributor, you'll also serve as a subject matter expert, helping elevate best practices across the Performance Marketing team while mentoring peers and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience managing B2B paid search and performance marketing programs, preferably within a SaaS organization.
  • Demonstrated success owning paid acquisition strategies that consistently drive qualified pipeline growth, revenue, and measurable ROI.
  • Extensive experience managing large advertising budgets across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and other digital acquisition platforms.
  • Deep understanding of bidding strategies, audience segmentation, keyword management, attribution models, conversion optimization, and campaign automation.
  • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex datasets into strategic recommendations and business insights.
  • Experience with marketing attribution, conversion tracking, reporting platforms, and marketing analytics tools.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including data analysis, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • Proven ability to independently prioritize initiatives, manage multiple complex projects, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with a passion for experimentation, continuous optimization, and leveraging AI to improve marketing performance.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience required.
  • Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, or related digital marketing certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Own the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid search programs across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, YouTube, Display, Discovery, Performance Max, and emerging digital acquisition channels.
  • Develop and execute full-funnel acquisition strategies that drive qualified pipeline, revenue growth, and efficient customer acquisition.
  • Manage significant advertising budgets while optimizing campaign performance against key business metrics including CPA, ROAS, pipeline contribution, customer acquisition cost, and revenue.
  • Design and execute sophisticated testing strategies across audiences, bidding models, creative, landing pages, keyword strategy, and AI-powered campaign automation.
  • Analyze campaign performance, attribution, and conversion data to identify opportunities for optimization and communicate actionable recommendations to leadership.
  • Partner with Marketing Operations and Analytics to improve campaign tracking, attribution, reporting accuracy, and measurement frameworks.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Creative, Product Marketing, Audience Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Operations to develop integrated campaigns aligned with company objectives.
  • Lead quarterly planning, forecasting, budget recommendations, and paid media strategy within the broader Demand Generation organization.
  • Stay current on industry trends, platform innovations, AI capabilities, and competitive insights, proactively identifying new opportunities to improve campaign performance.
  • Build executive-ready presentations that communicate performance insights, strategic recommendations, and business impact to senior leadership.
  • Serve as a paid search subject matter expert by sharing best practices, mentoring teammates, and helping establish scalable campaign processes and operational excellence.
