About The Position

This position is responsible for providing analysis regarding a central pool of resources across technologies and platforms, processing resource requests, and coordinating schedule of resources (employee and contractor) to meet business needs; maintaining visibility of pool capacity to all stakeholders to ensure effective alignment of development demand and capacity; providing input into financial, workforce, and technical capacity planning processes.

Requirements

Bachelor Degree and 4 years Information Technology experience; OR Tech Certification and 6 years Information Technology experience; OR 8 years Information Technology experience
Teamwork and collaboration skills
Oral and written communications skills
Knowledge of project planning tools e.g., MS Project
Analysis and modeling tools e.g., Excel
Knowledge of application development platforms
Knowledge of cloud computing / SaaS
Knowledge of mobile and web technologies
Knowledge of data center platforms (servers, storage)
Knowledge of end user platforms (desktops, laptops, mobile)

Knowledge of SDLC Methodology - Agile / Scrum / Iterative Development

Experience implementing data analysis workflows
