About The Position

This position is responsible for providing analysis regarding a central pool of resources across technologies and platforms, processing resource requests, and coordinating schedule of resources (employee and contractor) to meet business needs; maintaining visibility of pool capacity to all stakeholders to ensure effective alignment of development demand and capacity; providing input into financial, workforce, and technical capacity planning processes.

Requirements

Bachelor Degree and 4 years Information Technology experience; OR Tech Certification and 6 years Information Technology experience; OR 8 years Information Technology experience.
Teamwork and collaboration skills; oral and written communications skills.
Knowledge of project planning tools e.g., MS Project.
Analysis and modeling tools e.g., Excel.
Knowledge of application development platforms.
Knowledge of cloud computing / SaaS.
Knowledge of mobile and web technologies.
Knowledge of data center platforms (servers, storage).
Knowledge of end user platforms (desktops, laptops, mobile).

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of SDLC Methodology - Agile / Scrum / Iterative Development.

Business acumen
Experience implementing data analysis workflows
Experience creating user friendly dashboards or reports of data.
