Requirements

  • Ability to turn data into insights and present/communicate results effectively
  • Collaborate with others and be able to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • Capable of root cause analysis, challenging the status quo and bringing solutions to the table
  • Highly motivated self-starter with a growth mindset
  • 2+ years’ experience in customer service, sales or supply chain
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point), Power BI, SAP experience preferred

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of supply chain and order-to-cash in a consumer products or related industry preferred with a strong customer focus.
  • Bachelor’s Degree desired

Responsibilities

  • Identify, investigate, and resolve deductions, short payments, and customer account discrepancies while minimizing recurring issues and driving root-cause resolution.
  • Collaborate with and influence Sales Teams, Customer Development Managers, and brokers to ensure accurate pricing, promotions, and timely resolution of deduction-related issues.
  • Continuously identify trends in deductions, eliminate recurring issues, and implement process improvements across customer accounts and upstream operations.
  • Ensure all revenue transactions, invoicing, and deductions are recorded in compliance with internal policies and accounting standards while identifying cash flow improvement opportunities.
  • Partner with Sales, Finance, Customer Operations, Supply Chain, and other stakeholders to resolve issues, validate deductions, and address non-compliance effectively.
  • Act as a liaison for deduction issues, lead projects and training initiatives, build strong internal/external relationships, and deliver results in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Utilize tools such as SAP, TPM systems, and reporting platforms to validate deductions, analyze discrepancies (orders, deliveries, PODs), manage KPIs, and generate actionable reports.
