About The Position

Isovalent, now part of Cisco, builds open-source software and enterprise solutions for networking, security, and observability in modern infrastructure. The Customer Success Architect team works directly with engineering and supports customers using Cisco Hypershield and Cisco Nexus N9300 Series Smart Switches. The role guides customers across NetOps and NetSecOps, including the relationship between NX-OS network-fabric management and Hypershield security policies enforced on the switch. As a trusted advisor, the architect works with customer stakeholders and Cisco and Isovalent teams to resolve issues, communicate technical concepts and tradeoffs, and help customers run reliable production workloads.
