Worldwide Operations is a critical part of Amazon's transportation network, overseeing global middle and last mile products. Creative Garage (CG) is a central shared-services creative studio supporting this organization by developing brand strategy and creative solutions that engage global transportation audiences. The team builds and owns global brands and their creative expression throughout the customer journey. We are seeking a Senior Creative Program Manager to manage resource management, capacity planning, and creative operations for a team of over 25 creatives supporting more than 10 global businesses. This is a high-impact individual contributor role responsible for the systems, processes, and partnerships that enable the studio to deliver excellent creative work at scale. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in creative program management, use sound judgment to design long-term operational solutions, and own complex, cross-functional programs end-to-end. They will create scalable mechanisms to increase studio efficiency, influence across partner teams and senior leadership, and be both tactical and strategic. This role partners closely with senior leadership on planning, goal development, and resource strategy, and may manage contractor project managers in the future.
