About The Position

Our client, a leading global media and publishing company, is seeking a hands-on Senior Designer to create high-impact digital marketing campaigns across its portfolio of premium consumer brands. This role is ideal for a strong digital designer with experience in consumer marketing, advertising, publishing, media, e-commerce, or other revenue-driven environments.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of experience in digital, marketing, brand, or creative design
• Strong experience creating digital marketing and consumer-facing campaigns
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects, as well as Figma
• Strong understanding of typography, color, branding, UX/UI, and digital design principles
• Experience with motion graphics and animation
• Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools and workflows
• Basic HTML knowledge and understanding of social media design principles
• Strong portfolio demonstrating digital campaigns and creative work
• Excellent communication, collaboration, organization, and time-management skills

Nice To Haves

• Background in media, publishing, advertising, e-commerce, consumer brands, or creative agencies preferred
• Knowledge of ADA/accessibility design standards is a plus

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design digital marketing assets across web, email, mobile/app, social media, and paid channels
• Create graphics, animations, video content, and other multimedia assets that drive consumer engagement and revenue
• Develop creative for integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns
• Ensure creative aligns with individual brand guidelines and overall campaign strategy
• Collaborate with Creative, Marketing, Project Management, and cross-functional teams
• Use campaign performance data and insights to recommend creative optimizations
• Mentor junior designers and provide guidance on creative strategy and execution
• Explore emerging design trends and AI-assisted tools to improve creative workflows
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards
