This is a Monday to Friday position, 40 hours per week, and is a 12-month temporary contract. The Sr. Coordinator, Payroll is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee payroll and year-end functions in accordance with company policies and government regulations. Duties include configuring and testing payroll data, system and compliance updates, processing and integrating acquisition pay balances and structures, and configuring system tables. As a key member of the People & Culture (P&C) team, the Sr. Coordinator, Payroll will also collaborate closely with Finance, Benefits, and Operations to ensure seamless payroll administration, as well as maintain records, provide support for audits, reporting, and employee inquiries. This is a fast-paced role with broad exposure to multiple aspects of P&C and employee support.
