About The Position
The Sr. Content Specialist will grow Mindbody’s Business Education library by creating clear, useful content that helps business owners find guidance on running their businesses and choosing software. The role uses AI search data to identify topics, creates and refreshes articles, and incorporates insights from Mindbody experts and customers. The specialist publishes content in Drupal and tracks pages cited by AI tools to guide future topics and improvements. The description notes that responsibilities may change or expand to support team and business goals.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience writing educational or B2B content, ideally for small businesses.
- Ability to write clear, approachable content that gets to the answer quickly.
- Ability to apply SEO best practices and curiosity about how AI search tools select and cite sources.
- Comfort working in a CMS and using Google Search Console.
Nice To Haves
- Drupal experience.
- Experience with AI search tools such as Peec.
- Knowledge of fitness, wellness, or beauty.
Responsibilities
- Write 2–3 new articles each week, using topics informed by AI search data to answer business owners’ questions.
- Refresh 6–8 existing articles each month to keep information current, clear, and easy for readers and AI tools to reference.
- Interview Mindbody experts and customers to incorporate firsthand insights, practical examples, and credible quotes.
- Publish content in Drupal, with training and support from the Sr. Content Specialist.
- Track which pages AI tools cite and use those insights to inform future topics and content improvements.
