Responsibilities

  • Leading the implementation and championing the adoption of solutions purchased by our most important and largest customers on a daily basis.
  • Solving customers’ challenges and deliver secure digital workspaces with Omnissa Horizon and Workspace ONE solutions.
  • Implementing Omnissa Workspace ONE and Omnissa Horizon solutions for our customers.
  • Combining leadership skills with technical acumen to lead customers to achieving their business goals.
  • Using in-depth knowledge of Omnissa and adjacent products to become a trusted advisor to customers and colleagues.
  • Earning and maintaining subject-matter expertise in the innovative field of end-user computing.
  • Intensively using technical, consulting, business, and leadership skills.
  • Working directly with customers and other Omnissa employees on the day-to-day activities involved with the post-sales implementation of Omnissa Workspace ONE and Horizon.
  • Leading workshops to understand and refine customers’ goals and understand their business and technical requirements.
  • Proposing and designing technical solutions.
  • Implementing and testing those solutions.
  • Documenting designs and procedures.
  • Transferring knowledge to customers.
  • Leading the customer through their journey to successfully adopt Omnissa platforms for their end users.
  • Interacting with various customers’ teams, from technical engineers and system administrators to business leaders and executives.
  • Communicating effectively to all audiences.
  • Challenging existing delivery processes.
  • Assisting in the continuous improvement of consulting tools and knowledge, including enhancing the implementation methodology.
