About The Position

As a Professional Services Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for leading the implementation and championing the adoption of solutions purchased by our most important and largest customers on a daily basis. You will have opportunities to solve customers’ challenges and deliver secure digital workspaces with Omnissa Horizon and Workspace ONE solutions while being a part of a team of over-achievers, highly successful individuals. Following onboarding, you will transition into customer engagements. As an Omnissa PSO Senior Consultant you will implement Omnissa Workspace ONE and Omnissa Horizon solutions for our customers. By combining your unique leadership skills with your technical acumen, you will lead our customers to achieving their business goals. You will use your in-depth knowledge of Omnissa and adjacent products to become a trusted advisor to your customers and colleagues. Your passion for technology makes you uniquely capable of earning and maintaining subject-matter expertise in the innovative field of end-user computing. This is a technical consulting position, where you will be intensively using technical, consulting, business, and leadership skills. You will work directly with our customers and other Omnissa employees on the day-to-day activities involved with the post-sales implementation of Omnissa Workspace ONE and Horizon. In addition to technical tasks, you will also lead workshops to understand and refine our customers’ goals and understand their business and technical requirements. Using that knowledge, you will propose and design technical solutions, implement and test those solutions, document your designs and procedures, and transfer your knowledge to our customer. Your goal is to lead the customer through their journey to successfully adopt our platforms for their end users. You will interact with various customers’ teams, from technical engineers and system administrators to business leaders and executives. You will communicate effectively to all audiences—this is key to the success of your projects. We can’t improve without the collaboration of every team member. We will count on you to challenge existing delivery processes and to assist in the continuous improvement of our consulting tools and knowledge, including enhancing our implementation methodology.
