Job Summary Sales Operations is responsible for supporting the commercial organization and driving operational excellence in order to achieve the strategic and sales objectives established by the sales organization. This includes sales tools/productivity improvement, customer contract administration, business metrics/analytics, and rewards architecture. The Sr Consultant, Customer Contract Administration role is responsible for supporting our WaveMark contracts and customers through the execution of related contracting activities, responding to RFIs and RFPs, and coordinating administration of customer contract terms and conditions across multiple areas to maximize contract value. This role will own the contracting process including governance to contract standards, red-line process management and internal stakeholder approval management. You will partner with our Sales, Finance, Legal and cross-functional teams, to review and carry out the strategy associated with the business, while ensuring compliance and process maintenance.
