You’ll oversee multi-disciplinary teams and subcontractors, navigate regulatory frameworks, and drive high-quality delivery from planning to close-out. You’ll work from one of our regional offices or project hubs, collaborating with internal scientists, engineers, and field teams, as well as clients, agencies, and subcontractors. You’ll start by finalizing your Risk Register and Project Plan, check in with your design and construction teams, and follow up on permits. In the afternoon, you might visit a restoration site to coordinate with subcontractors and monitor progress, then report on budget performance and percent complete. You’ll use RES’s PM Best Practices (Opportunity Charters, Risk Registers, MS Project schedules) to manage scope, risk, and timelines. Whether you’re speaking with regulators, adjusting plans due to unexpected site conditions, or presenting updates to a client—you’ll lead with clarity, purpose, and professionalism.
