About The Position

The Sr. Project Manager is responsible for successfully managing all aspects of the new construction projects. You will work alongside the Director of Project Management to build a team of project management professionals, establish methodology & processes for project management success across multi solution projects. This position requires you work in person at our Midvale, Utah office.

Requirements

• 5-10 years experience managing large scale/multi solution projects.
• Solid track record of successfully leading projects from initiation to completion on time, on budget, and within scope, including resource management across multiple technologies.
• Strong Organizational and communication skills.
• Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced setting, embracing challenges.
• Experience managing multiple projects at once

Nice To Haves

• Project Management Professional (PMP) or other appropriate PM certification strongly preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement & track processes to achieve goals and project success.
• Grow and lead the project management team, ensuring the successful delivery of projects that contribute to the company's growth and success
• Create strategic and operational plans for large scale projects.
• Lead the end-to-end project management process, from project initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to best practices and project management standards.
• Owns all communication at the project level with the customer.
• Interacts regularly with client(s) to ensure that goals and objectives are established and achieved.
• Tracking project elements and making changes to stay on schedule.
• Deliver a 5-star customer experience by anticipating customer’s needs by effectively managing information and following through with challenges to resolutions.
• Plan and effectively support execution of projects on time & on budget.
• Lead planning and allocation of resources to meet project demands.
