About The Position

Sinch is looking for a Senior Compensation Partner that is a seasoned individual contributor responsible for designing, analyzing, and administering compensation programs that support the organization’s talent strategy. This role operates with a high degree of autonomy, influences cross-functional stakeholders, and provides expert guidance on compensation philosophy, market competitiveness, and pay equity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • 6–10+ years of progressive experience in compensation or total rewards.
  • Deep knowledge of compensation principles, job evaluation methodologies, and market data.
  • Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Excel (e.g., modeling, pivot tables, data analysis).
  • Experience with compensation tools and HRIS systems (e.g., Oracle, Workday, SAP, or similar).
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present to senior stakeholders.

Nice To Haves

  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or similar certification.
  • Experience supporting global or multi-state compensation programs.
  • Familiarity with pay equity analysis and regulatory requirements (e.g., pay transparency laws).
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of compensation programs, including base salary, incentive plans and bonuses.
  • Partner with HR leadership and business stakeholders to align compensation programs with organizational goals.
  • Conduct advanced market pricing, benchmarking, and competitive analysis using survey data and internal insights.
  • Maintain and enhance job architecture, leveling frameworks, and salary structures.
  • Perform complex analyses such as pay equity, internal parity, and cost modeling to support decision-making.
  • Develop dashboards, reports, training and presentations to communicate compensation insights to leadership.
  • Support annual compensation cycles (merit and bonus planning)
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable compensation regulations and support audits, reporting, and policy documentation.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to HRBPs and business leaders, providing guidance on offers, promotions, and complex compensation scenarios.
