About The Position

Sack Capital Partners is seeking an experienced Sr. Community Director to support sites within their Pacific Northwest portfolio, specifically in Woodinville, WA, and Redmond, WA. The ideal candidate is a self-starter looking for a great career opportunity with this growing property management company. Sack Capital Partners is a growing company in the property management industry whose goals are to own and manage assets throughout the West coast region. Requirements

  • 5 years’ experience in property management
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Requires strong analytical and quantitative skills
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States
  • High School Diploma or equivalent Required

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for Financial analysis and reporting to meet assets financial goals.
  • Quality Control of property including curb appeal, inspections, vendors.
  • Responsible for all Resident concerns and staying up to date on all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Manager the maintenance programs and assist in the smooth execution of capital improvement projects.
  • Recruit, train, and coach for your site in accordance with company policy and creating positive work environments to motivate and retain team members to obtain company objectives.
  • Ensure the effective use of leasing strategies and oversee the sites overall marketing plan.
  • To provide exceptional customer service to all to ensure a positive rapport with residents, vendors, associates, investors to leave a professional and positive impression of Sack Capital Partners.
