About The Position

The Sr. Commercial Finance Analyst gives Coffee Services Division leaders a clear, current view of pricing, profitability, and cost of goods sold to support commercial decisions focused on margin. The role owns pricing and gross margin analysis, COGS and trade-spend analytics, and the division’s budget, forecast, and strategic-plan cycles across its channels. It serves as a finance business partner to division leaders and works closely with Accounting, Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain partners. Success is measured by the quality and timeliness of margin insight, forecast accuracy, and recommendations that leaders act on to grow profit. The analyst leads pricing, profitability, and gross margin analysis; evaluates costs, business opportunities, and risks; and translates financial results into actionable recommendations. The position leads annual budget and periodic forecast cycles, supports the Five-Year Strategic Plan, prepares downhill projections, and builds and maintains AI-enabled management reporting and dashboards using approved tools. It also helps managers understand pricing and margin drivers, budgeting, and return-on-investment considerations. Work is performed primarily in an office environment and includes prolonged periods of sitting, standing, and working at a computer. The position may occasionally require lifting and moving up to 25 pounds, bending, reaching, and moving between work areas and meeting locations. Travel is up to 10%.
