About The Position

First American is looking to add an Sr. Commercial Escrow Assistant to our growing commercial real estate team. In this role you will work in a dynamic, fast-paced setting supporting our Escrow team in a variety of ways including customer support and administrative duties. This position plays a key role in transforming commercial real estate experience by empowering our employees and customers to deliver next-generation solutions and results.

High school diploma or equivalent
3-5 years as an Escrow Assistant experience

Responsibilities

Assist in the escrow process for simple and complex commercial transactions such as preparing documents for closing, inputting closing statement information, and handling disbursement and follow-up
Communicate regularly with customers during the escrow process; adapts communication style as needed
Interpret various agreements as they relate to escrow closings
Work with innovative technologies to enable escrow transactions and communicates with customers to provide a phenomenal customer experience
