Are you passionate about driving new customer growth through the deployment of high-impact, integrated marketing campaigns? As the Senior Commercial Demand Generation Manager (Americas) at Klaviyo, you will lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of new customer acquisition campaigns for Klaviyo’s commercial segment across the Americas. This role sits at the center of Klaviyo’s commercial demand engine and serves as the drumbeat of the business, ensuring consistent, measurable campaign execution aligned to acquisition and pipeline goals. You will work closely with Brand, Campaigns, Sales, and Agency partners to identify what campaigns, assets, and motions are required to acquire new SMB merchants across the Americas, then own the end-to-end implementation across channels — including sales-supported and partner-referred acquisition programs. This is a highly visible role for a strategic, hands-on marketer who deeply understands acquisition funnels, pipeline mechanics, and how to translate campaign execution into sustained new customer growth for Klaviyo.
