About the Role We are seeking a high-impact Demand Generation Manager to help accelerate our growth in the cybersecurity SaaS market. This strategic, hands-on role requires someone who can build and execute demand generation strategies while leveraging experience in B2B sales or marketing within SaaS environments. You’ll own the full funnel—from generating MQLs through targeted campaigns and events to driving SQL conversion—while ensuring operational visibility into performance. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, brings an entrepreneurial mindset, and is motivated by measurable business impact. You’ll play a critical part in shaping how our software goes to market and contribute directly to pipeline creation, revenue growth, and expansion opportunities. Experience with platforms like Marketo, HubSpot, and Salesforce is essential to succeed in this role.

Requirements

  • 3–8 years of experience in B2B demand generation within a SaaS environment, preferably in cybersecurity or enterprise IT.
  • Proven ability to build and execute strategy and run full-funnel demand programs that generate measurable pipeline.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing platforms such as Marketo and HubSpot.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce for campaign tracking and reporting.
  • Analytical and metrics-oriented, with the ability to report on funnel performance and conversion.
  • Creative problem solver who can design targeted campaigns and educational content.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute multichannel demand generation programs including targeted campaigns, webinars, digital initiatives, and company led events.
  • Drive the full MQL to SQL lifecycle, ensuring high-quality lead conversion.
  • Increase web traffic and inbound lead flow through optimized content, campaigns, and digital strategies.
  • Create compelling educational campaigns that attract relevant cybersecurity audiences.
  • Leverage competitive and market intelligence to identify opportunities and refine targeting.
  • Ensure reporting and tracking of key demand generation metrics, including lead scoring, routing, nurturing, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution.
  • Collaborate across teams to improve operational processes, using insights from reporting to enhance lead engagement and funnel performance.
  • Support cross-selling and upselling initiatives to drive growth within existing accounts.
  • Experiment, A/B test, and continuously improve programs to maximize impact.
  • Participate in occasional travel for events or field marketing activities.
