We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Demand Generation Specialist to lead our company’s demand generation initiatives. This is a key position that requires advanced knowledge of sales and marketing strategies, as well as the ability to develop creative campaigns that drive traffic, engagement, and conversions across multiple channels. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of generating leads and revenue for a B2B financial services company. We’re looking for a Demand Generation Specialist who owns outcomes, not just activity. This role is both highly strategic and deeply hands-on. You will define demand generation plans, execute them end to end, and be accountable for performance. Operating in a complex construction finance environment, you’ll partner closely with content marketing, partner marketing, and sales leadership to drive qualified pipeline through data-driven, multi-channel campaigns. This is a role for someone who’s comfortable rolling up their sleeves, moving fast, and continuously optimizing based on results.
