HistoSonics is a commercial-stage medtech company advancing the Edison® System, a novel non-invasive sonic beam therapy based on histotripsy. Position Summary (Why this role matters): The Senior Clinical Training Specialist is responsible for delivering, executing, and advancing HistoSonics’ standardized onboarding and clinical training programs for Clinical Regional Managers, Account Managers, Clinical Specialists, Procedural Development Specialists, and other designated field-based roles. This position serves as a senior instructor and subject-matter resource within the Clinical Training team, leading Foundations and Advanced Training while delivering classroom education, hands-on simulation, product training, and competency-based learning experiences that prepare employees for successful field immersion. Working closely with the Clinical Training Manager and cross-functional partners, the Senior Clinical Training Specialist ensures consistent, scalable, and high-quality onboarding experience by delivering standardized curriculum, evaluating learner progress, identifying development needs, and preparing new hires for transition into the field development phase of onboarding. In addition to training delivery, the Senior Clinical Training Specialist plays a key role in advancing the effectiveness and scalability of the training program. This includes contributing to curriculum development, mentoring and supporting Clinical Training Specialists, identifying opportunities to improve instructional methods, and supporting the integration of new products, software enhancements, clinical indications, and evolving clinical practices into training programs. This position requires a highly experienced clinical educator who can independently facilitate complex clinical and technical education, adapt instruction to diverse learner needs, and serve as a trusted resource across the Clinical Training organization.
