Sr. Clinical Admissions Specialist

Flourish Health•Nashville, TN
•$92,000 - $95,000•Remote

About The Position

Flourish Health is seeking a master’s-level clinician to join their Growth team as a Sr. Clinical Admissions Specialist. This role is crucial for providing timely and effective access to care for families. The specialist will conduct brief mental health assessments, complete necessary documentation, and determine if Flourish Health is the appropriate provider for a family. This position directly impacts patient access to care, helping families progress rather than facing delays. The role is suited for clinicians who enjoy assessment, formulation, clinical decision-making, and are motivated by helping families accept care. Ideal candidates can balance clinical rigor with speed, empathy, and practicality, and have experience with underserved populations. They should also be comfortable managing non-clinical complexities and using motivational interviewing techniques to address issues like appointment attendance, treatment ambivalence, and low engagement.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
