About The Position

The Sr. Channel Strategy Specialist works with the Manager, Channel Strategy to manage the execution of the campaign strategy with a focus on delivering standardized, relevant and timely communications to our Collectors in support of our Partners, Program Marketing and Rewards teams. The Sr. Channel Strategy Specialist seeks new ways to add value, consistently meeting and exceeding day-to-day Partner needs, and plays a key role in ensuring all projects are completed on time and on budget.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of related work experience within marketing
  • Experience in digital and/or owned marketing campaign management (Email, Web, Social, Programmatic, Search, AdTech), either directly in execution, strategy or in media planning

Nice To Haves

  • Agency and/or Loyalty experience is an asset
  • Previous client management experience is an asset
  • Experience in monitoring campaign performance and optimizing when required

Responsibilities

  • Supports the development, implementation and monitoring of campaigns & portfolio across Email, Social, Programmatic, Search, and owned marketing channels
  • Act as the primary stakeholder in media planning for AMRP and its’ Partners
  • Assist in the delivery of marketing activities for assigned Partners ensuring all creative assets are created/supplied, built to spec, on schedule, within budget, and comply with legal, brand standards and AODA compliance
  • Partner with key internal Marketing stakeholders on automation of campaign orchestration
  • Work in partnership with Strategic Partnership, Partner Marketing and Analytics team to track digital marketing performance and proactively develop customer marketing plans to make program impact
  • Collaborate with Partner Marketing, Strategic Partnerships and Analytics & Insights team on end to end omni-channel measurement
  • Build and maintain a professional relationship with internal & external stakeholders and Clients, through all aspects of the campaign process from planning to deployment via written and verbal communications – project briefs, creative presentations, weekly status calls, etc.
