Requirements
- Catering experience is required
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent communication skills
Nice To Haves
- AS degree preferred
- Three to five years of foodservice management experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Trains catering staff in service techniques, menu presentation and customer service
- Tracks and monitors the labor and food cost for each event
- Maintains excellent client relationships
- Works with the Chef in creating menus
