About The Position

Eagle Glen Veterinary Clinic is hiring a Veterinary Receptionist. We are a compassionate, fast-paced veterinary clinic dedicated to providing excellent care for our patients and their families. We are looking for a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Veterinary Receptionist who can provide outstanding client service while helping our medical team keep each day running smoothly. Requirements

One to two years of previous experience in a veterinary clinic.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Computer proficiency and experience with scheduling systems.
The ability to remain calm, professional, and compassionate in a busy environment.
Strong attention to detail when maintaining records and documenting communication.
A genuine love for animals and helping the people who care for them.
A positive attitude and collaborative, team-focused mindset.

Nice To Haves

Experience with AVImark is preferred.

Responsibilities

Greet clients and patients with warmth, compassion, and professionalism.
Schedule and manage appointments efficiently.
Answer incoming phone calls and emails and respond to client needs promptly.
Check clients and patients in and out while maintaining accurate information.
Process payments and maintain accurate client and patient records.
Communicate clearly with clients regarding appointments, services, and hospital procedures.
Document client communications and update patient records appropriately.
Support veterinarians, technicians, and other team members throughout the day.
Help keep daily front-desk and hospital operations running smoothly.
Create an excellent experience for every client and patient who walks through our doors.
