The Senior Café Manager is responsible for the strategic and day-to-day leadership of a high-volume corporate dining operation, overseeing all café services from opening through close. This hands-on, high-visibility leadership role directs the execution of breakfast and lunch service for up to 1,000 guests daily while managing, coaching, and developing a team of up to 20 associates. The ideal candidate will drive operational excellence by maintaining strict cost controls, delivering an elevated guest experience, and ensuring the highest standards of food quality, presentation, safety, and sanitation. This leader will foster a culture of accountability, engagement, and hospitality while consistently exceeding client expectations and upholding the standards of a world-class dining program.
