As part of the Product Intake Team within Capital Markets Technology, you will conduct effective impact assessments of triage items and communicate to our partners your root cause analysis and recommendations for remediation. You will create user stories and bug fixes that will be added to the RRS backlog. You will lead in knowledge-sharing sessions with RRS members and be open to teaching colleagues and business partners aspects of RRS's architecture, processes, and functionality. You will ideate and collaborate with a diverse team to create and set up flexible, innovative solutions that deliver a best-in-class client experience. You’ll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you’ll spend 1 day per week on-site, while other days will be remote.
